To further strengthen our Service Sales department, we are seeking a Service Sales Engineer who will be reporting technically to the Service Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.
Your tasks
- Map customer requirements and support sales strategy with the Head of Service Sales Support
- Prepare technically and commercially sound quotations and ensure follow-up
- Manage resource planning, order confirmations, purchase orders, and shipment coordination
- Support branch offices, distributors, and regional sales activities
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Organize project meetings and support customer visits with the technical team
- Share knowledge, support standardization, and coach team members
- Stay updated on new technologies and support innovation and differentiation
- Assist Area Managers and Service Sales Engineers in regions with limited expertise
- Coordinate with international suppliers and subcontractors, including price negotiations
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Refrigeration Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales activities within the Maghreb, alternatively, a technical degree with more than 15 years of experience in industrial refrigeration
- Fully familiar with all relevant standards and guidelines, such as EN 378, PED, and PGS 13, including country-specific requirements where applicable
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
- German is an added advantage

- Strong commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills
