To further strengthen our Service Execution, we are seeking a Service Execution Team Lead who will be reporting technically to the Service Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.
Your tasks
- Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting service interventions and assigned projects
- Install, commission, validate, and calibrate screw and reciprocating compressors
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems
- Support clients and internal teams on upgrades, training, and technical issues
- Assist sales with technical input for spare parts, services, and contracts
- Support PLC and SCADA commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting
- Lead and oversee service team activities, ensuring safety, quality, and site standards
- Manage service operations, documentation, and planning, including weekly activities and action plans
- Maintain client records and support customer service and retention
- Support team development, performance management, and compliance reporting
- Contribute to operational planning and coordination with management and internal teams
Your profile
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate with experience in ammonia and industrial refrigeration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ammonia industrial refrigeration
- Familiar with P&ID, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad
