To further strengthen our Service Execution, we are seeking a Senior Ammonia Technician who will be reporting technically to the Service Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.
Your tasks
- Perform operation and preventive maintenance on screw and reciprocating compressors
- Conduct troubleshooting and inspections of ammonia industrial refrigeration plants
- Support commissioning and start-up of ammonia refrigeration systems
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships and document equipment and system status
- Prepare clear and concise service and operation reports
- Ensure compliance with GRADE safety standards and all applicable international regulations and requirements
- Supervise and train Ammonia Technicians and customers on system operation, on site or remotely
- Travel within the Maghreb and MENA region as required
Your profile
- Associate degree or diploma in Industrial Refrigeration Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role in ammonia industrial refrigeration
- Ability to read and analyze electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and piping schematics
- Strong product knowledge and overall system understanding
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
