To further strengthen our Human Resources department, we are seeking a HR Coordinator who will be reporting to the HR Manager in the headquarters.
Your tasks
- Support the HR Manager in the execution of HR projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations
- Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and management presentations
- Generate workforce analytics related to recruitment, employee turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and other HR KPIs
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, and employee lifecycle administration
- Coordinate HR communications, documentation, and administrative processes
- Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to company procedures
- Collaborate with departments to gather information required for HR reporting and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven solutions
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in the UAE
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Knowledge of workforce planning and HR metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
